representative of
people who are enjoying their second chance (or more) at
life following a cardiac event. |

Our
purpose is to foster and practice a lifestyle that prevents a recurrence
of cardiac events. |

We do this by providing an opportunity to
return to leading a normal life with an exercise regime and
discipline in company with those who have shared the same
experience. |

We provide a buddy system/mentor program and
speaker support at Sydney Adventist Hospital(The
San) |

|
We aim to enable all those in hospital
cardiac rehabilitation to meet. |

We aim to use our favourable experience to
promote the benefits of the
The San
Rehabilitation Program to our own
Cardiologists and GP’s and others in the Medical and
Pharmaceutical field. |

We
promote the opportunity to mix in social and sports events outside the
hospital program. |

►

We liaise closely
with the Cardiac Rehab Department at The San to develop the overall
program. |
